See All ReviewsQuesadilla and tortillas were great. Surprisingly (especially bc it’s a salvadoran spot) the pupusas were disappointing. Pupusas is a Salvadoran dish so we were excited but our pupusas barely had a filling. I don’t know why but the filling was so thin that it was almost like eating a tortilla.
Had a bad experience in this restaurant, I was overcharged automatically for paying cash they put a fee on your receipt for a credit card fee. And I forgot my to go food bag because we did not finish our food that we ordered to eat there. Which we barely touched, and l I called when I realized when I got home, to see if I was able to go back for the food. That they had to throw it out in the garbage. I been a customer at the other location in Copiague for a while and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I am not happy at all of being over charged and having the food thrown out hours before closing time. It's ridiculous! The waitress was not nice about the situation when I called either. Very careless.
It's our to go place. The food is excellent, as is the service. If you don't want to spend a lot, you can stick to tamales and papusas.
